Mr. Metheny founded One Enterprise Consulting Group, LLC (1ECG) as a customer-centric solutions provider that uniquely specializes consulting services to meet our client’s needs. We believe that using effective leadership and innovative consulting practices, “best practices” and industry standards, we can customize our services to address the specific requirements of any client, large or small.
Prior to forming 1ECG, Mr. Metheny co-founded and managed Lunarline, Inc. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO), he managed the financial and IT investments of a successful small business that specialized in providing Information Security (IS) and Information Assurance (IA) services to the Federal Government (Defense, Intelligence and Civilian Agencies). Lunarline grew from a small two-person consulting firm to a full-service enterprise, highly regarded as one of the leaders in the IS/IA field by their customers.
Mr. Metheny’s individual experience with the government started with his service in the U.S. Army, where he proudly served over 6 years under the leadership of the Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). As a Senior Signals Analyst and member of the Non-commissioned Officers (NCO) Corp, he provided the Warfighter with critical real-time intelligence through his expertise in Signals Intelligence/Electronic Warfare (SIGINT/EW).
Mr. Metheny has an M.S. in Information Assurance from the University of Maryland University College, and holds multiple industry recognized credentials to include the Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certification, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), the Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) Certification, the Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) Certification, the Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) Certification, and the Certification of Cloud Security Knowledge (CCSK) Certification.
